To Place an Order

For Signature Baskets: 
Simply fill out our order form and submit via e-mail or fax. Your order will be confirmed within 24-hours.

For Custom and Corporate Orders:
We ask that you contact us with so that we may provide assistance with your selections. We will submit a quote to you based on your selections and price range. Orders will be fulfilled pending client approval.


Payment

Elpiniki™ accepts money orders as well as business and personal checks.
All corporate orders will be based on an initial quote and require a 50% deposit upon order with the balance due upon shipping.


Hand Delivery

Upon your request we will hand deliver any basket within a 25-mile radius of our location.
A $30.00 delivery fee applies for each shipping address.
We do not charge for hand delivery within a 5-mile radius of our location.
Please note that someone must be present to accept hand delivered orders.
For hand delivery outside of this area, please contact us for a quote.

We are located between Boston and Providence.


Shipping

Each basket is packed to order, maintaining our high standards for freshness of product. With each basket, we provide a note card, so that you may include a personalized sentiment.

Some baskets, as shown, may not be appropriate for shipping. In those instances, we reserve the right to pack your gifts in a wicker hamper for ease of shipping. Every gift, however, will maintain a high presentation standard to ensure the pleasure of the recipient.

Our baskets are shipped with the utmost care, which often means using priority parcel services.

Packages are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday using UPS or USPS Priority Service.

Orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

In an attempt to maintain our high standards for customer service, all shipping rates are calculated per address and based on product weight, box size, destination and type of shipping.

Shipping costs are determined at time of packing.

We will never charge more than the actual cost of the shipping for each specific order.

Shipping costs are in addition to your order.

A $5.00 handling fee will be charged for all packages that are shipped.

We make every effort to ship orders within 24-hours. We will notify you if there will be a delay in shipping.

Elpiniki™ is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. You must notify us within 24-hours, if an item is damaged upon delivery, by email at Sales@ElpinikiGifts.com.

Elpiniki™ is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.


Terms and Conditions

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price changes at time of order.

Some baskets may not ship as pictured.

Pictures are representational and may not be exact.

Perishables
Highly perishable products, such as caviar, are shipped directly by our purveyor and will arrive separately from the rest of the gift, but will carry a label indicating that it is a part of an Elpiniki basket.

Sales Tax
Massachusetts sales tax applies to all orders shipped or delivered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Substitutions
Due to our ever-changing product line and large demand for certain products, such as seasonal items, we reserve the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value. We will notify you of any necessary substitutions with an option to accept the substitution or have the original item shipped when it becomes available.

Orders in Advance
To further ensure that a substitution will not be necessary we encourage pre-ordering of at least two weeks. Please call us to place your order for future delivery.

PRIVACY NOTICE
Maintaining a trusting and confident relationship with our customers is important to us. We will never disclose information about our present or former customers to third parties.

It may be necessary for us to disclose certain customer data in order to process an order that will be drop shipped by a vendor. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and they are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own purpose.

We will never sell, share, trade, distribute or rent your personal information to others.
