Elpiniki (“Nikki”) Bratsis is the dynamic founder of Elpiniki™, Specialty Food and Gift Baskets. Born in Europe and raised in the United States, Nikki brings Old World elegance and New World creativity to all that she touches.

Nikki grew up in her mother’s kitchen, where discerning taste was a genetic predisposition. Year after year, she learned the fine art of cooking and baking and the appreciation of savory meals that she enjoyed at the family table. Indeed, a true food connoisseur was raised in that kitchen.

As a young girl, Nikki learned the virtue of love through food. Elpiniki™ continues this tradition by creating and packaging specialty foods into impressive baskets for gift giving. Foods are painstakingly selected for quality and taste, and baskets are meticulously assembled with the utmost attention to detail. Nikki, herself, would not settle for anything less than perfection.

Nikki formalized her education at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, College of Culinary Arts, and apprenticed under several of the finest chefs in Boston. Her steadfast perseverance and exceptional talents eventually landed her a position as a pastry chef at the famed Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston.
